I lost 70 lbs in just a few short weeks and I was doing my best not to.

He is stage 3 - they are cutting out 1/3 of his tongue, the floor of his mouth w/ a skin graft from his upper thigh, and selective neck dissection. We went up for our second opinion this morning (4 hour drive), had no idea it would happen TOMORROW, so we are home paying bills, arranging childcare, reeling, etc. and will get back in car at 5 am to return to Duke. He had a cancellation - next slot was over 3 weeks from now. I borrowed a laptop to take to the hospital. I will keep all posted.
