It has been a year since treatment for nasopharynx cancer and my husband had been in bed for two days with extreme ringing in the ears, headache and depression.

Any suggestions to stop the ringing?

Thanks

Can be a lot of reasons, ranging from sinus congestion and the like to muscle spasms or radiation damage to tissues surrounding the nerves in the shoulders and neck. If it is extreme enough and constant enough to have him bedridden, he should go see his doctor.
