I got these at Costco last night and I'm already noticing a big difference this AM. I don't know if anyone else with neck and shoulder issues from ND and radiation has tried these but I'm excited! The past 6 months I've been really trying to work through the scar tissues and restrengthen the muscles on the right side of my neck so I don't look so lopsided. http://www.powells.com/biblio/17-9780761128687-0Has anyone else tried them? It felt sooooo good on my neck- there is this one spot that just gets so tight and it really opened it up. Enjoy! KATE

So please keep up posting on progress. I would be interested in hearing your progress. I know you said this morning is different but it would be nice to know long range...thanks

I'll try just about anything to alleviate the pain. I've got some serious myofascial pain on the opposite side of my ND. I was radiated pretty equally though. I'll have to make another trip to Costco this week. Not that I mind...it's become my new favorite store! Thanks again.

I have done a lot of initial physical therapies-- chiropratic myofacial release yoga- yoga som,e PT excercies etc. This sure feels good and it feel like it is destiffening the ND side which gets so stiff i I slack off on stretching- and it feels so good It seems to pinpoint those particularly hard to reach ouchy areas of my neck and shoulders--- you know the "hurts so good spots" very exciting- I love massagees and if I were rich I'd have one every month but this seems to be helping me lots will keep you posted!
