Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.

Somebody get David a hot toddie...he's gonna freeze!

With this cold weather it sure is tempting  Low temps one night this week supposed to be -8 with a high of 18. You guys are very fortunate to be in FL right now. Dont know how our friends in Canada can stand it. My lifelong dream has always been to become a snow bird, maybe someday.

Forecast for my wife's BD party Sunday is high NEAR 60 and lows overnight in the 30's with 20 mph winds. 150 people with a band and dancing and petting zoo IS NOT COMING INSIDE. Not a happy camper. And on top of all this I will no longer be able to make love with a woman in her 40's. Sorry had to vent.

It's still the thought!! When I was in my 20's or 30's or even 40's I couldn't imagine making love with a 50 yr old. Now I'll be lucky if I do!! David is not a happy camper.

I guess when it's July, August, and September you can feel sorry for us cause that is hell time in Florida (for everyone except David who loves the sweat producing humidity here.) When it is October 1 and we are still pretty hot and muggy, I long for the seasonal changes and a cool northerly breeze.
But right now, I will take our weather for sure...you guys are tough and I feel for all the animals that can't get out of the cold. Brrrrr - three days of below freezing and no sunshine was enough for me...SAD was already kicking in.
