I would like to challenge everyone to help out the Oral Cancer Foundation! Imagine changing the world without changing your routine. Did you know that you could help raise money just but searching the Internet? I know everyone has their favorite search engine, but why not try GOODSEARCH.COM first. It is powered by Yahoo!!! Go to the website and under the who do you search for section type in Oral. Then in the box look for Oral Cancer Foundation (Newport Beach, CA) Once you select it you can use this page to search for anything. Every time you search for something a penny is donated to that cause!!! You can even check how much money has been raised!!!

Even when I know the address and would normally just type it in, I go to goodsearch.com and search for just for that penny! I know that if we get the word out we can raise a lot of money!! Thanks to Brian Hill OCF has been added to the list!!

I have made it my homepage to make it easier:
Microsoft Internet Explorer users:
Select Tools Internet Options.
Select the General tab.
In the Address textbox, type http://www.goodsearch.com.
Click OK.

If you do any shopping online use GOODSHOP.COM. The site donates a percentage of all purchases (up to 37%) to your charity of choice, without the hassle of registering, whenever you buy from one of 600 affiliated merchants from Wal-Mart, Amazon, and Target, to Bloomingdale's and Zappo's.

What a great way to help raise money for awareness! We need to get the word out. Oral cancer kills more than those more well known cancers like ovarian and breast! Please help by changing your favorite search engine....doesn't take much to help change the world...now does it?!

Thank you for letting us know. My buddy and I had a contest a few years ago to see how much money we could find. It was mostly pennies but they added up and we were both surprised at how much we found. Every penny counts.

Actually, OC doesn't kill more people per year then breast and ovarian cancers; however, OC does have worse death rate percentages after dx due to late discovery of the disease. Let's pray those numbers start to improve!!

7-16-08 age 37@Dx, T3N0M0 SCC 4.778cm tumor, left side of oral tongue, non smoker, casual drinker, I am the 4th in my family to have H&N cancer
8-13-08 left neck dissection and 40% of tongue removed, submandibular salivary gland & 14 nodes clean, no chemo, IMRTx35
11-4-08 Recovering & feeling better
