Rings like the OCF logo pictured above but without the center. Polished silver with black engraving. About the size of a nickle. Keep the Oral Cancer Foundation enscribed around the edge, and on the flip side add a additional engraved word. Words to consider: Survivor, Remember, Spirit, Hope, Strength, Live, Health..... Mike received this type of ring inside greeting cards that our friends sent every week during his treatment time. Each card contained a ring with a new word appropriate to his point in treatment. He started to put them on his keychain and soon had too many. He picked out some for me that he thought appropriate and bought me a silver necklace to wear them on. Then he gave a few to each of our sons. They carry them on their keychains. It became a symbol of sorts, like we are united and together in this fight. When I get home from work I will send the picture.

I received the photos you sent. Interesting!! You should send those on to Brian and see what he thinks. Send the above description too. I enjoyed the meaning behind it all.
What a neat idea. So simple but meaningful.

I will foward them to Brian. The necklace I wear the rings on get a lot of attention. People will comment and ask about them. The words on mine that Mike gave me were HOPE,PATIENCE,DREAM,SERENITY. They would really be great with the Oral Cancer Foundation on the flip side. I wind up explaining about my husband's cancer anyway.
