Thanks for your posts. My list plan usually works well with my PC Doc. He is a third geneation country doctor who serves in the same rural practice his grandfather did.
Last fall I had my general physical in preparation for cataract surgery. I gave my doc the list, I had outlined all the details about my newly discovered cataract, we went through all my questions and all that was left was for him to fill out the form OKing me for the surgery. As he was doing so, he said, "Oh, by the way, which EYE is it?" So much for my info being thorough! At least it wasn't a question coming from my opthalmologist right before the surgery (although they do mark the eye and I was repeatedly asked this Q by all the surgery prep people)!
