A lot of us have issues with weight, but forget that we can gain weight while we neglect the important nutrients of a proper diet. Our goal is not only to keep our weight in a good zone but to be healthy too. Our body needs fiber, amino acids, vitamins and protein in addition to calories. I drink a lot of VHC in addition to other products containing fiber, protein and amino acids. This web site is by Nestle and it is directed towards people with cancer.
