Be it a poem, a good report, a warm fuzzy, a verse from the Bible, or a kind thought ... whatever helps you keep going day to day is sure to lift someone else in spirit too ... please take a moment to add yours and come back when you have a rough day and read through them until you feel better. This topic is definitely adjunctive therapy ... a merry heart does good like a medicine

| | | | Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 309 Platinum Member (300+ posts) | OP Platinum Member (300+ posts) Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 309 | when i am not feeling well, my three year old can always tell. it is so sweet how she will come up to me, when i am lying down, and will rub her hand down my cheek and say in this sweet lil tone used only in this setting : "oh honey, Jesus will make you feel better" ,... i may still not feel well physically, but instantly i feel better mentally when she does this  too sweet for words.
