Hi Friends,
My husband is getting his cancer care at MD Anderson, but we live 3 hours away in Austin (just moved here!)
We'll drive down to MD Anderson for all of the cancer related follow up but I need to find him a primary care doctor here (e.g. internist) to take care of the day-to-day stuff.
Last night, when I thought he was running a fever (he wasn't, thank goodness) I realized, "I don't even have a doctor to call here".
If there's anyone from Austin on the board who can recommend someone (or has family/friends here), please PM me. (I did ask my RO in Houston and he didn't know anyone. The Dental Oncologist, however, did give us a lead on a dentist for follow up here).
