Guaranteed Acceptance, No Medical Exam....You cannot be cancelled even if your health changes....Fixed Premiums for the rest of your life.....you can apply for this coverae up to age 75 and it builds cash value, and at the age of 100, they will pay you a cash benefit equal to the face value of the policy.... 100% of face value starting day 1 if you get accidently killed and if you die of natural causes the 1st year, it will pay 125% of premiums paid and if you die during 2nd year it pays 250%. After the 2 years. it pays face value of the policy....Current or past healh history doesn't matter. This is from Assurity Life Ins. Co. Here is the toll free number.. 800-889-6002.. extension 24... Too bad I can't get my policy from Modern Woodman. That one I would cash in..Man I am proud LOL I don't see any typos.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.

Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,128 | Gotta keep in mind that insurance isn't a Lotto, where you are trying for a big win, but it's a hedge against something you can't replace without making major lifestyle changes.
For example, one insures a home or even a new car, but one doesn't insure tables or chairs (unless one is a sucker for warranty insurance!). One insures a wage earner, or a Mom, but not the kids. When one retires, the insurance can drop to the retirement income. When I was retired and we divorced, we cashed in all the policies as there was no point.

Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 346 | My whole point was to use insurance as a net for my family. I thought if I could not get life insurance, then maybe I could help get the mortgage atleast paid with mortgage insurance. Maybe I still can. After all, we have had a home for quite a long time now
Scarry times though for the mortgage market.
See-what? I just mention mortgage and the fed government has to buy our everybody!!! Too eerie. I throw up my hands.

Had 14 hour operation which included reconstruction of jaw.
Reconstruction failed. Some radiation, no chemo.

Im buckling under the pressure.
Next week I have several hours between appointments on Tuesday so I will try to schedule something. I really hate messing with insurance. Its tricky to understand and I always seem to get more than I need.
