I went for my pet scan today, they do it mobile, bring a truck in every Sat. It wasn't that bad, but wouldn't been better if my allergy didn't act up. While I was waiting on the dye to get thru my body I kept sneezing, they came in offer tissue, but I had a hand full. ( I wroke up sneezing) when he got me ready for the scan, he said don't move, It's very inportant that you don't move. After about 10 mins. I had to sneeze, but was able to hold it for a while, when my head came out, That was it I sneeze all over my face, When I moved back in I had to sneeze and held it when My head came back out I sneezed and just kept sneezing, 7 or 8 times in a row. back in again and did fine....How can you sneeze without moving. I hope this won't be a problem with radiation with the head fasten down, it would hurt. I asked him about it and he laught and said thats why we did your heard first. The wind is blowing today which is great because it is under 100, but it's not good on the nose. oh well one more step closer. maybe I will get to start radiation on the 8th. hope so, not that I'm looking forward to it, I just want to stop thinking about it.
