The unknown is very unsettling.

One thing that has worked for me, is anytime I have feel fear and panic and have anxious thoughts. I take 3 deep breaths slowly and say to myself " not helpful" to those thoughts and feelings. We can improve our situation by lessing our feelings of dread and panic."not helpful", try to think of those people we care about and build a team of help. I understand what you feel. I'm there right now myself waiting for a biopsy. Tom Roussell
