A 4 year clinical trial in Europe has just completed using it to treat mild cervical dysplasia. The results will be released later this year. It's supposed to be a powerful anti-cancer compound that causes apoptosis in cancer cells. There is a highly bioavailable form of it from BioResponse. It was what all the clinical trials used. It could be a good supplement to take to help prevent cancer. Hope this helps someone out. My wife and I will start taking it, by the way. | | | | Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 3,082 Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) | Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 3,082 | Or you could just eat broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and kale all of which contain natural diindolylmethane according to the National Cancer Institute. When eaten, these vegetables react with stomach enzymes to produce a natural version that your body can actually use. I realize you are trying to be helpful, but one thing I enjoy about this forum is that you rarely see this type of post touting unproven cancer prevention pills. Just having a "clinical trial" means very little as proven by Stanislaw R. Burzynski, M.D.,whose "antineoplastons" scam continues despite his "miracle cures" patients all dying of cancer while he continues his "trials". Preventing cancer is sort of moot for most us here, although a breakthrough in preventing reoccurances would be newsworthy. 65 yr Old Frack Stage IV BOT T3N2M0 HPV 16+ 2007:72GY IMRT(40) 8 ERBITUX No PEG 2008:CANCER BACK Salvage Surgery 25GY-CyberKnife(5) 3 Carboplatin Apaghia /G button 2012: CANCER BACK -left tonsilar fossa 40GY-CyberKnife(5) 3 Carboplatin Passed away 4-29-13
