Way to go kid..Have been on holiday and I have been thinking about you, (i hate to be out of touch, but I'm to old to sit with the kids in an internet cafe!!!!!!) Good you can tolerate this treatment, not all the treatment we get would the Docs take on board themselves...
So Danny Boy the Irish rugby team trashed the English, and I missed the match...

SCC Left Mandible. Jaw replaced with bone from leg. Neck disection, 37 radiation treatments. Recurrence 8-28-07, stage 2, tongue. One third of tongue removed 10-4-07. 5-23-08 chemo started for tumor behind swallowing passage, Our good friend and much loved OCF member Minnie has been lost to the disease (RIP 10-29-08). We will all miss her greatly.

Danny the headaches are from the Brewers Baseball cap which you most likely have on too tight. (Since you have put away your cheese head hat) wink Take good care my friend! I'll be coming your way this summer Door Co. let me know if you want me to bring you some mosquitoes.....


Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.

Hi, Danny. I am thinking about pushing for Erbitux when John starts chemo. Do you have any imput for me on things to ask the Doc? Hope you are tolerating the chemo well so far. Amy

How many treatment of the Erbitux will you have?

2004 SCC R.tip 1/4 tongue Oct. 2005 R. Neck SCC cancer/Chemo Cisplatin 2x/8wks. Rad. Removed Jugular vein, Lymph gland & some neck muscle. TX finished 1/20/06... B.Cancer 3/29/07 Finished 6/07 Bi-op 7/15/09 SCC in-situ, laser surgery removed from 1st. sight. Right jaw replacement 11/3/14. 9 yrs cancer free as of Jan. 2015
