Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 148 | Yeah I can see my knee caps and my feet. I have now gotten down to 120. Heck another 20 and I will be what I weigh 30 years ago. I keep trying new foods though. But I seem to always get back to Macaroni and cheese. Its the easiest to swallow.
