Had pet scan in Sept.at UPMC that showed activitie, had biopsies, found some carcinoma in situ. Had the PDT at UPMC in Pitts. Pa., end of Nov. Just last week had Pet scan which was clear as a whistle. So the PDT worked in my case. The treatment took a week but was not that bad and didn't hurt.  Best wishes and luck to all of you

Thanks god you didn't have that esophageal surgery. How's the eating? Has that improved since the laryngectomy? Hope all is going well for you.

  I remember you and glad to hear you are doing so much better.  Was concerned when you weren't posting for awhile.  Know it got really rough for you for a time.  Great news on the petscan and just keep on healing and getting stronger.
