I didn't want one, thought I could get by without one... but found out I should have gotten one in the beginning. I lost a month or so during the latter part of October, and the time before Thanksgiving... somewhere, somehow, and during it all I lost about 60 or so lbs... at the beginning I thought I was going to be able to do this and work at the same time. It only took me about two days to realize that wasn't going to work. I suppose the long and the short of it is this long, drawn out process seems to go on forever... I just need to know there's an end in sight. At times I'm complacent to sit and wait, but at others I want it NOW... I'm learning patience myself, among many other things. God bless us all.

I'm sure you will hear from more survivors like me but we all felt like you and I will tell you that you will get much much much better but it will take many many many months of almost imperceptible improvements. Please don't watch the Pot Boiling because it's not like getting over a cold or the flu. You will gradually see improvements to your taste, dry mouth and strength. and stamina but as your post Title suggests...BE PATIENT, PATIENT
