Hi folks

Yesterday I received my two and a half year all clear from my h+n guru. Even though I still get a sore throat often, my throat and everything else are OK. He put the sore throat down to dryness.

He also mentioned that my chances of a recurrence are now reduced and for the first time really, I feel that I DO have a future. Oops, I'd better stop spending my life savings every time I feel like it!

I hope members in treatment take heart from this. It is worth persisting with the treatment even though it seems to be such a high mountain when you're there. I wondered whether it would be beneficial when I was in treatment - I'm glad I pushed myself now.

Thankyou to this site and its members for your knowledge, humour and insight. Especially to Tizz whom I met through this site, for her constant support.

Love and light from Helen
