Buzz completed only 28 of 33 prescribed IMRT sessions, because of the severe burns; he successfully completed 6 of 6 chemos; Are there any specific questions we need to ask Dr. Sullivan, over and above the obvious one pertaining to 1. when a f/u CT scan will be performed? 2. how soon can he be fitted for dentures 3. is it too late for physical therapy for his neck and hip (he walks like 'Lurch') I feel so silly asking this, but while thinking about this tonight, my mind is a complete blank. Any suggestions, anyone?

The only situation that would limit the ability for impressions to make dentures would be his ability to tolerate the procedure. If the surgical margins are still sore, etc. it may be very painful. Other than that if healing has progressed well a skilled and caring dentist and/or prosthodontist should be able to make the required impressions to start the process.
Cheers, Mike
