I am cleaning with salt and baking soda solution; water pick in the last month and just rinsing in the beginning.
Dx 10/06 Adenoid Cystic carcinoma; Stage I. Soft palate/minor salivary glands. Tx surgery 11/06 Tomotherapy (targeted IMRT) 3/07

I had to have it for a different reason but saw a lot of healing from it in other areas affected by my surgery and treatment. As always though, your doctor will know best.
