I can grind the hard ones up and flush them down, and the ones that are powders in a capsule I can take apart and mix with water. I just got some vitamin D and they are softgel pills and I'm not sure if there's a way to get those down.

Depending on the material it should dissolve. Some contents are oily however and will not dissolve. No matter though, put it all in.

Others may dissolve in orange or lemon juice. The disolving can take many hours so plan ahead. Cutting the things open speeds it up some, but not much. Better solution is to find a granular capsule. Best of luck with it, Tom

One nurse suggested putting a hole in the capsule and squeezing out the contents. It worked but you have to be careful because it can be messy, especially with fish oil which smells so bad. | | |

I am doing it with the vitamin D. So much of it gets on my hands as I squeeze the capsules, I'm not sure how much is going into the juice I'm squeezing it into but at least it's something!
