I have put it down to lack of salvia as making some tends to remove the problem and stop the coughing.
I have biotene replacement gel any other suggestions? to soothe the windpipe and help me sleep.

The cause being a runny nose caused by chemotheraphy, dripping on the back of my throat, like most things it has got better everyday.
Many thanks
