my tongue has usually been white since treatment - a few years ago.

late this winter, i took antibotics for sinus infection after the flu. the drugs almost cleared my tongue up,,, but not quite and the nast white started coming back.

that made me a bit mad, so i decided to follow up on the advice of my oral hygenist, who told me to brush my tongue with the toothbrush or with some plastic thing from a pharmacy... i started by using my brush with biotine mouthwash.

the results were very encouraging... then i saw the add for a toothbrush with a plastic piece on the back for tongue cleaning.. i got one, been using it about a week or two.

now to my delight, my tongue looks pink. i won't claim to be normal, but you can't prove i'm not by look at my tongue anymore.

yes i think it seems to also help with keeping the sinuses happy.
