Another event to help OCF has been completed, and we will soon put the full story of it with pictures up on the web site (Walk story and pics will go up at the same time, I am so far behind.) But I wanted you all to read it first hand. This is the story again of a small group of people making a difference in the world, and in the ability of OCF to continue our work.

Bob Dylan spent some time here in Duluth (my home town) it is the least I can do. I challenge every one else that has ever read any of my posts to do the same. Call your friends, call your family, get $344 and send it in. It is a fun idea and remember "you gotta serve somebody"!!!!!
Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.

Retired Dentist, 59 years old at diagnosis. SCC of the left lateral border of the tongue (Stage I). Partial glossectomy and 30 nodes removed, 4/6/05. Nodes all clear. No chemo no radiation 18 year survivor.

I am a Dylan fan and have been for a long time. My wife gave me a book written by Dylan for xmas. It was a good read. Your donation will go to a great cause. Recurrance in June 05 in right tonsil area. Now receiving palliative chemo (Erbitux) starting 3/9/06

Invite 10 friends over for a barbeque and "charge" them a mere $34 bucks for dinner. Tax deductible and everything! Tell them how much this site has helped you. (we all know there are several cooks out there!?!?!?!
