Or... are you able to use the same ones as before, or must you get new ones?
My father wants to try to put them in, but I was scared it was too early, and his mouth has not properly healed.
Thanks in advance!

So It's been quite a while he still can't eat. He had false teeth prior to treatment and had a neww lower made and it was too painful the ridge was almost gone and they were difficult to make and pricey $1000. I would first check with your oncologist and then if he says it's a go look for a good dentist . He may be able to do something with what he has. Hope it works out better than my husband. The teeth do fit but too painful. Everyone's different.

I'm sorry your husband is having such problems with his teeth. I am worried my Dad is going to have the same problem.
He used to have porcelain veneers and they were gorgeous... I was so jealous of his "perfect" teeth. However, he opted for dentures when the veneers had to come out. He HATED the process of having them done, therefore he is dreading having to do it again... but if they don't fit, I guess he has no choice!
