Hi Ed and Susan,
Oh my god, this is the last thing I wanted to hear after being off the board for almost a month. I can't believe this is happening to the two of you. May 1 is a Sunday. Is that the day her surgery is scheduled and what are they planning to do? Will they do a biopsy and diagnose it it immediately and do neck dissection as required or will she have to wait for results. I cannot imagine the trauma the two of you are now going through. Charlie and I are sending all the best vibes to both of you. Get her back on the board. She must be 'scared to death'. She needs to talk about it.

Your friend,
Eileen

Dear Ed and Susan,
Like everyone else, I was stunned to read your post. You will both be in my thoughts and prayers, particularly on May 1st. Good luck to Susan and you on surgery day and let's hope for a negative test result. All the best, Sheldon

Ed and Susan,

Oh, man. I'm kind of without words at the moment. You guys are in my thoughts. I know this sounds stupid, but please try to remain calm. That they move around when he palpatates is good, so try to breath a little easier with that information. I was freaking out a while back when I developed a hard lump, I ran to the doc and she put me at ease because it too moved around.
Please let us know how the doc appointment goes, and don't hesitate to contact me if there's anything I can do. All my best.
Dave

Ed and Susan,

I hardly know what to say. I've written so many replies to you only to delete them all. I truly am speechless. All I can think to do is send you some good vibes and huge hugs across the miles.
