For the last two days, he has felt so much better... I dont know what has come over him, but it is like he is coming back to his old self... He is still getting radiation and chemo, but he is eating (ate pastry at cracker barrel tonight with corn and macaroni and cheese- yes, I am thrilled!)... He is still tired some, but we are learning that if we manage pain, we maintain a normal enough steady pace of life- which is working...

Just had to let you know the new changes he is making, heck! We are even planning a trip to florida to see his dad- something we could not even see a few weeks ago!

Happy days are coming- we are learning to live with cancer. Even if we have dark days, we know that good days will come... Is this what is meant by living with cancer?
