I hope you didn't hurt buzz too bad yet. LOL. You are a great couple and I admire you for you courage and stamina. Barb, Samantha and I stppoed to eat this evening after she bought a new car. While we wer eating or at least I was trying to eat, Barb noticed my tongue was red on the tip and the rest of it was white. It has been hurting like all get out so when I got home I looked in the wirror. The right side has a fairly good size lump on it and is swollen. I hope I hear the results of the PetScan I mailed monday and soon. If not I will call the Dr tomorrow tomorrow. I'm no candy butt but it sure has me worried. Keep up the good work you 2 .. Jim

Dec. 17: Buzz went to surgeon today to have the remainder of staples removed from hernia repair site. Another 3 oz. fluid drawn. Follow up on Friday.

Jaw is still painful, but the swelling appears to improve ever so slightly. Weight still at 160 lbs., now drinking Carnation VHC in addition to Boost and three healthy meals daily.

Tomorrow is Buzz' 77th birthday! We are SO thankful for every day we've been blessed with these past seven months!

To all of our forum family: Hang in there! and continue to remember us in your prayers...
