We took at CT Scan of the node (lymph node at the side of the neck: SCC) and its regressed by about 45 percent, 20 sittings of IMRT done. The primary (base of the tongue) is "almost gone", said the doctor. So obviously at this point the node is the point of concern. How good is this number? (45 % reduction in size roughly halfway thru)? Are we on track for the node to disappear at the end of the IMRT? 2 Chemos down and one more planned for tomorrow. They've scheduled around 13 (maybe more) sessions of IMRT.
Thanks a lot. | | |
