I'm supprised by the number of folks, especially friends from abroad, who recommend "herbal tea" to keep the apetite "up" and the evenings "relaxed." Anyone have any experience? Thanks in advance!

I smoked pot a lot when I had hepatitus and it was the only thing that worked (for nausea and appetite).

On the other hand smoking pot may be responsible for my oral cancer... Stick to the tea form of it.

I was always looking for another reason to smoke pot laugh and the radiation and Ethyol shot before radiation (to help protect the salivary glands) both gave me an excellent reason considering I spent literally all day on all fours puking my guts out. I could take a hit in the car (much to the fretfulness of my wife driving) and my nausea went away with ten seconds. I read somewhere that if my lifelong pot smoking caused the cancer, smoking during treatment is about the dumbest thing I could possibly do (next to smoking at a red light next to a cop). I never touched it again. I tried the Marinol pills that are supposedly just THC extract from pot. It had the effect of the Alice B Tokeless brownies and made me lathargic. I slept a lot more but I don't think it helped the nausea. It helped keep the appetite up and all but it wasn't the calming effect of smoking it.

Glad to share the experience with you!
