  Nice to hear good news. Sounds like you have the correct attitude!!!  I plan on being around awhile myself. Only three months post rad and going on 7 months post surgery. Are you having scans every so often and if so what type of scans.  Thanks for sharing, Dan

  Recurrance in June 05 in right tonsil area. Now receiving palliative chemo (Erbitux) starting 3/9/06

And since my operation I have not had any scans..30 nodes were removed with no evedence of cancer cells. Im going to see my surgeon Feb 12 maby then he will book a scan.  sundance  Compared to the radiation and chemo, the surgery is a snap:) keep a positive attitude.I was back to a full time job 8 weeks after surgery. It only gets better from now on..Good Luck and God Bless Ray
