They have scheduled him for only a visit with the dr, and said after this we will only go once a year just to see the dr.  Just wondering what others schedules for followups are. We are so used to having the blood test, chest xray, H & N cat scan, I'm kinda scared to not have them.   Thanks! Julie

I feel the same as you...Last visit my ENT said 4 months (instead of 3) when the Dr. left me with the scheduler I simply said "3 months please" she set it up and I don't know if the Dr will even notice.  I just like to have that to hold on to.

Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.
