Just found out the x-ray came back clean......no cancer in the lungs!! Grandma went for the CT scan today.....I hope the news is just as good.....:-)) I will keep you posted.....:-))

Christy, that is very good news. Will pray that her CT scan brings as good news and that her affliction is something easily dealt with.

Debbie - Caregiver for husband, Dan, diagnosed with tongue cancer 7/03. Partial gloss., mod. neck dissections, graft. Recurrence neck tumor 12/03. Radical left neck dissection 12/24/03-unable to get all the tumor. 8 weeks chemo/rad beginning 1/12/04.

You can ask just about anything about oral cancer and someone will have an answer for you. You are member 1528, I am member 853 and that was just over a year ago. The Foundation is growing and helping more and more people monthly.

You have found the right place to educate yourself on this wicked diaease. The more knowledge you have the better when talking with the doctors and deciding treatment. YOU have to be your owo advocate on this issue. Welcome again and I look forward to more of your posts.
