I have to go back every three months for a while for check ups. This has been a big wake up call on smoking. I start a stop smoking program next week. Thank you for all you help and support. I will keep each and everyone of you in my prayers. God Bless, Debbie

Till next week try to break some of your smoking habits, go out of the house, don't have one after a meal and try to hold off on the first of the day till as late as possible, all will help... Sunshine... love and hugs Helen

Congratulations on the great pathology. I'm glad you got it before it was cancer. I will pray for you to find the strength you need to quit smoking so that you won't have a "next time" that doesn't have the same great result.

I am so happy for your wonderful news. I know how hard it is to stop smoking, but this was a real wake-up call. Had a biopsy myself last year for spots on right vocal chord, non-cancerous leukoplakia, and I also have to be checked every 3 months. I'm dealing with my Mom's oral cancer right now, she hasn't smoked in over 30 years, but did her share of it for at least 35 years. God Bless you and keep you free of this dreaded disease.
