But, today I went to another ENT for a second opinion and I had to see the PA because the ENT did not have an opening. So the PA examined me and looked down my throat with a scope. She said that my throat was red and that she could see an encrusted area on my left lingual tonsil. She said it may be an infection and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Know I have had two biopsies on my tongue, a neck CT, and a previous ENT scope me twice all withing the last few months. ALl these test did come back normal. Should I push to have this tonsil biopsy?
Is it possible for the CT scan to show nothing, the other ENT scope me twice and see nothing and have two biopsies come back normal. But still have a cancerouse growth on my lingual tonsil?
