I recently had a canker sore which healed up in the past week. I was monitoring it carefully so I know. The question I have is that when I eat spicy food my lips get a burning feeling, I checked for red or white sores, there are none. I have checked for lumps, cn't find any of those. I do however have a bad case of chapped lips. Is there any concern here? Or is this a case of severly chapped lips.

I wouldn't worry about this, spices and chapped lips don't mix.
