What other symptoms? Do you have the risk factors for oral cancer? As to whether ear pain and mouth pain could be related, the answer is yes, for many reasons not related to cancer. You could have an infection, you could have TMJ issues which could cause both ear and jaw discomfort, as well as numerous other possiblities. If you have a pain which has not resolved on it's own for over a week you should see a doctor to have the cause determined.
