I was refered to an oral pathologist by my dentist who found a white lesion towards the
back of my tongue. The oral pathologist did a biopsy and I won't get the results for a few days.
She thinks it is either pre-cancerous or cancerous---but is obviously holding out for the results.
Any advice about what questions to ask when I get the results.? I am a 30 year old female--
non smoker, non drinker.

Sandra........Wating for test results is always difficult and there are no magic words to make the time pass more quickly, you'll just have to hang tight and wait it out. IF you are diagnosed with cancer...and that is a BIG IF, your Doctor will then be able to answer any questions that you may have and that is where this forum will come in handy. We, too, will also be able to answer any questions you may have at that time. Keep us posted and GOOD LUCK! Sincerely, Donna
