Greetings,

Cancer: HPV 16 left tonsilar

Tx: 7 weeks rads ( no chemo )

Issues: some difficulty swallowing starches, regular nasal mucus production ( thin, clear ), throat tissue sensitivity to small particulate and persistent ( varying episodes ) cough almost daily. Auscultates clear; cough is suggestive of upper respiratory tract irritation.

Investigation: very recent thoracic and neck CT’s + chest xray - all unremarkable. Considering a visit to my Oncologist.

Questions: is anyone else in my category experiencing similar issues? Is it possible the relatively persistent clear mucus production could be irritating the URT?
