Hello!

My partner (45 year old male) had a portion of his tongue removed last year along with a radical neck dissection (37 lymph nodes removed)

Recent biopsy of a lymph node on his other side shows
more squamous cells. Surgeon is pushing for another radical dissection. CT scan looked good.

He already Experiences a lot of pain and after effects from his initial dissection. I am wondering if you could give us some advice on what questions we should ask. Has anyone else had those sections of both sides, and if so what have the end results been?
