Bob got the call about his three-month scans and unfortunately, they found a mass in the left lung. Not what we wanted to hear. I am so sad. He's been through so much already and now this. And the waiting is so hard. Won't have a biopsy until 11/19 and then have to wait another week for results. Hoping we'll have something really special to be thankful for.

Thank you. I know you’ve been through a lot too. I think that’s what amazes me most about everyone on here. Everyone’s dealing with their own trouble but they’re still there for other people. Thanks.

So sorry for Bob’s recent news, but never lose hope Eileen. And yes the waiting is emotionally draining, but stay strong cause I know there’s always a plan for treatment ahead. Hugs.

Quit smoking 15 years ago; not a drinker; no HPV
Pet/ CT 6Jul2019 : Negative. Not even the Lt tongue lit up.
Partial Glossectomy 22Jul2019
Tongue lesion biopsy 2023- Moderate dysplasia

Thank you, Mokie. You made me smile this morning because my husband’s nickname back in the day was Mokie since he was the only one in his crowd who smoked. I’ll try to stay positive!
