I am 14 months since my last radiation zap. Had 49 total and 7 weeks of chemo for tongue cancer. Over the past 3 months, I have been experiencing intense vice like super painful headaches that last a few minutes when I bend my head down leaning over and during coughing fits from heavy saliva. Doc says that I may have a hole in my dura that surrounds my spine and brain. Has anyone ever experienced the same symptoms after radiation near the brain?
