Thank you for your reply and for sharing your experience! The link was interesting. I don't think I have it, thank goodness. I have been able to hold this weight between 105 and 110 pounds for about a month now. The 5 pound variance literally takes place in one day. I'm around 105 in the morning and between 109-110 at night after dinner. I definitely did get muscle wasting at first though. I was extremely distressed to look back and realize that my butt had disappeared! LOL!! (Well, I can laugh now, but I was rather upset at the time!) I've been exercising ever since November and some of my muscle mass has come back, but not all of it. Not that I was very muscular in the first place, but what little I had has yet to fully return. But, I'm okay with "slow and steady wins the race" as long as I see progress. I can only do what I can do, right?
Thanks again!

Hi CM57! I'm in the Northeast too! We might be neighbors. smile
Summer clothes are exactly what spurred this question. I keep thinking surely I will gain weight any day now. I stopped losing weight, so surely gaining should be right around the corner, right? Well, apparently not necessarily. I will check out Poshmark. Thank you for the tip. I am definitely hitting the thrift stores again too. No sense in spending too much on clothes at this point.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. Wishing you all the very best!!
