Hi , I recently had a partial glossectomy and skin graft on the tongue. I was home a few weeks, healing well, but now just felt like something was stuck. It looks like some skin that didn’t adhere to the tongue. Has anyone experienced that? It doesn’t hurt, just wondering if it is common. Thank you!

Went for a check in October 2017, where it was found to MET

Kala, you could have some nerve damage from the surgery which makes it so you dont feel the pain. I suggest going to your doctor and getting your tongue thoroughly checked out to rule out anything serious.

Best wishes!!!
