Thanks you all for the support, every word I read here fill me up with a lot of energy.
As far as I know there is reconstructive micro-surgery, in which a piece of bone and tissue (including blood vessels) are taken from your own body and implanted instead of the missing part in the hard palate.
I've been looking in this forum but could not find anyone that undergone this procedure. It is important for me to talk to someone before doing anything.

Hi there
I tought I replied to this message in the past, cann't find it.
Basically a bone and tissue are taken from the body and with micro surgery are implanted in place of the missing part of the hard palate (including blood vessels).
If u heard or know some one who reported his case I would like to know!!!
