It was never an ulcer or a lesion, just a spot that was irritated. The biopsy by my ENT came back as negative for cancer and no dysplasia. I noticed a scar on my tongue and like a lump there after it healed. ENT said it was scar tissue. December 2015 I started having like a burning pain in lower right jaw where molars are located, except I have no molars. Went to dentist, he did an x Ray said bone looked fine. Scared to death I went to see another ENT at same practice as my regular ENT he looked in mouth said he did not see anything suspicious. He sent me for a CT scan soft tissue neck with dye. That came back normal. I am just looking for an opinion, I have no pain where scar tissue is at on my tongue. Where do I go from here opinions please? I am so paranoid of oc my BIL is a BOT survivor was treated at Roswell Park. Does this sound like oc?

I just wish the dentist could tell me why that part of my lower gum has that burning pain. It comes and goes, not constant. I hope you are doing well GulfCoast, and again thank you so much for replying back to me.
