If you have to read anything while you think a problem is brewing in your body, read about health anxiety. May doctors used to call it hypochondria but for the person going through it, things are very real. Younger people that don't get this addressed can get older with a lot of unnecessary worry.
Start a regular exercise program and work on a good diet. You will be fine. Now go out and tackle the world. Your kindness and compassion you've shown all of us was really sweet, by the way!
