Joined: May 2012 Posts: 162 Likes: 1 | Hubby had a routine quarterly dental check up this past week. Dentist commented that his saliva is improved. During previous treatments, the dental mirror would stick to his mouth due to dryness. This time, 18 months out from treatment, noticeable improvement. Feeling very fortunate.

Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 3,267 Likes: 4 | Sounds great! They say it can take up to two years for the salivary glands to recover. Bedsides the the main three, there are hundreds of minor salivary glands throughout the mouth.
