Joined: Jul 2013 Posts: 114 | I had a lingual tonsillectomy on right side 4 weeks ago and was wondering would scar tissue already be forming? I have always touched this area (No gag reflex and big mouth) and it was soft to feel, and two weeks after surgery it was sore, but still soft to the touch. Now, it has a hard lumpy feel. Would scar tissue already be forming?
